We want you to love your Sanrio purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective materials are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
